Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
1. Scope Of This Policy
This is a B2B sourcing website — we don’t operate a consumer checkout or store payment card details on this site. This policy instead covers the information we collect through three channels specific to how buyers actually interact with us: the quote request form, direct contact (WhatsApp/email), and the documentation exchanged once an inquiry becomes an active order.
2. Information Collected Through The Quote Request Form
Our quote request form asks for: full name, work email, company name, target market/country, your role (e.g. brand owner, Amazon seller, distributor, retail buyer), estimated order quantity, which product line you’re interested in, and any message or requirements you add. We use these fields specifically to route your inquiry to the right person on our export team and to prepare an accurate quotation — we don’t ask for anything beyond what’s needed to do that.
3. Information Collected Through WhatsApp & Email
If you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive whatever you include — typically your name, contact details, and the content of your inquiry. WhatsApp messages are also subject to WhatsApp’s (Meta’s) own privacy policy, since that conversation is hosted on their platform, not ours.
4. Information Collected If You Request A Factory Visit
If you ask to visit our facility in Dongguan, we may request additional details to arrange the visit and, where relevant, prepare a business invitation letter for your visa application — this can include your full legal name as it appears on your passport, passport number, nationality, and planned travel dates. This information is used only to facilitate your visit and any related visa documentation, and is not used for any other purpose.
5. Information Exchanged Once You Become A Customer
Once an inquiry moves to an active order, we exchange additional business documentation as a normal part of B2B trade — this typically includes your company’s registration details, shipping address, and banking or payment information relevant to T/T or L/C transfers, captured in the proforma invoice (PI) and related trade documents. This information is retained as part of our accounting and export records for as long as required by Chinese trade and tax regulations, generally several years after the transaction.
6. Automatically Collected Technical Data
Like most websites, ours may log standard technical data — browser type, approximate location derived from IP address, and which pages you visit — for basic functionality and to understand how the site is used. This site also loads fonts from Google Fonts and small flag icons from a third-party CDN (flagcdn.com) to display buyer countries in testimonials; both involve a request to that provider’s servers when the page loads.
7. Legal Basis For Processing (EU/UK Visitors)
Where GDPR applies, we process quote-form and contact data on the basis of legitimate interest in responding to a business inquiry you initiated, and process order-related data (Section 5) on the basis of contractual necessity once an order is agreed. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest at any time using the contact details below.
8. How We Use This Information
- To respond to your inquiry and prepare an accurate quotation
- To arrange a factory visit and any related visa documentation, if requested
- To process, produce, and ship an order once agreed, including required export and customs paperwork
- To meet Chinese accounting, tax, and export documentation retention requirements
- We do not sell your information to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising unrelated to your own inquiry
9. Third-Party Recipients
Depending on your order, information may be shared with parties directly involved in fulfilling it — for example, freight forwarders or customs brokers handling your shipment, and banks processing a T/T or L/C payment. We don’t share your information with unrelated third parties or data brokers.
10. International Data Transfers
As a manufacturer based in China serving buyers worldwide, information you submit is processed in China, where our team and systems are based. If you’re located in the EU/UK, this involves a transfer of your data outside that region; a compliant version of this policy should specify the safeguard your business relies on (for example, Standard Contractual Clauses) once confirmed with legal counsel.
11. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you share with us, including passport and banking details described above. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, restrict, or request deletion of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below — for order-related documentation, note that some records must be retained regardless of a deletion request to meet Chinese trade and tax law.
13. Changes To This Policy
We may update this policy as our data practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
