Every Batch Inspected. Every Claim Documented.
We don't just ship what passed the sample — inspection runs on production batches, and we are upfront about which certifications we currently hold — and which we do not.
What Actually Happens To Your Order.
Four checkpoints, each with its own photo and its own pass criteria — not a single inspection at the very end.
Every raw material is checked before it touches the line.
Plastic resin, metal components, and electronics are sampled against spec — material grade, dimensions, appearance — before approval for production.
Spot checks happen while the line is still running.
QC staff pull units off the line at set intervals, so a drifting tolerance gets caught mid-batch — not after the whole run is finished.
The finished batch is inspected again before it leaves our dock.
Using AQL sampling, the completed batch is re-checked as a whole — not just the sample approved months earlier.
Every batch is logged, so a later question has an answer.
Batch numbers, inspection dates, and results are kept on file and traceable back to the production run.
We Inspect By AQL, Not By Guesswork.
Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) is the international standard for batch sampling — here is what we apply in practice.
AQL Level (Major Defects)
The threshold most import compliance teams require for consumer goods.
Sampling Table
General Inspection Level II under ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 — balances thoroughness with cost.
Batches Sampled
AQL sampling runs on every production batch before shipment — no batch skipped.
Current Certification Status.
Status varies by product line and by target market — ask us for the certificate that applies to the exact model you are ordering.
RoHS — EU 2011/65/EU + (EU) 2015/863
VerifiedAbout the entities named above: QIHAO is the export brand of the entities named on these certificates — Dongguan Seven Good Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (CE-EMC) and Dongguan Heyida Technology Trading Co., Ltd. (RoHS). Your proforma invoice and shipping documents are issued by the same legal entity named on the certificate that applies to your order — we confirm this in writing before you pay a deposit.
Certificates are issued against the specific sample submitted for testing, so each document names the model used for that test submission. Certification needs differ by market — for example, EU requirements for a home-use oral care device are not the same as US requirements for a safety accessory. Tell us your target market and the model you intend to order, and we will confirm in writing which document applies before you commit.
Documents With Every Order — Not Just Promises.
A buyer's real risk is not a bad sample — it is finding out after the deposit that the spec, the timing, or the defect terms were never written down. Here is what we put in writing, and when.
Ask for a sample of any of these before you pay a deposit — we send them before production, not after.
Request Sample Documents →- Proforma invoice stating the agreed spec, unit price, lead time and defect handling terms
- Pre-shipment inspection report: batch number, AQL results and defects found
- Photos and a short video of your finished batch before it is loaded
- Certificate or test report that applies to the model you are ordering (original on request)
- Packing list, commercial invoice and export documents prepared on our side
- Shipping mark / FNSKU label layout confirmed with you before packing
- Batch records kept on file, so a question months later still has an answer
What We Test Ourselves — And What Needs A Lab.
These checks run on our own line, on every order. Anything that requires an accredited laboratory is issued by a third-party lab and listed with its certificate number above.
Incoming Material Check
Resin, metal parts and electronics are checked against spec — grade, dimensions, appearance — before they are released to the line.
Aging & Charge Cycle
Battery products run through charge and discharge cycles before packing, so a cell problem surfaces here rather than at your customer.
100% Functional Test
Every single unit is powered on and checked through its functions — not a sample of the batch.
AQL Sampling
Visual and functional sampling to AQL 2.5, General Inspection Level II, on every production batch.
Packaging & Transport Check
Retail carton, drop and stacking checks, plus barcode and label verification before loading.
Batch Records
Batch number, inspection date, inspector sign-off and results kept on file for traceability.
The checks above are our own in-house process. Third-party certificates and lab test reports are listed in the certification section above — the two are not the same thing, and we do not blur them.
We Welcome Independent Verification.
Don't just take our word for it — we are used to working with third-party inspection agencies and build inspection windows into the production schedule as standard practice.
- Tell us which agency you use — we will coordinate scheduling directly with them
- Pre-shipment inspection (PSI) can be arranged at any stage of production
- Factory audit visits are welcome, in person or via live video walkthrough
See What Our Reports Actually Look Like.
Every shipment can be accompanied by a written inspection report. Here is what is typically included:
- Batch number, quantity, and inspection date
- Visual defect rate (AQL sampling results)
- Functional test results per product spec
- Photos of sampled units from the batch
- Units held back or reworked, listed with the reason
Our Defect & Warranty Policy.
Report The Issue
Send photos, the batch number, and a short description — we confirm what we are looking at before discussing solutions.
Root Cause Check
We check whether it traces back to manufacturing, materials, or handling, and tell you which — in writing.
Replacement Or Credit
Confirmed manufacturing defects are covered by replacement units or a credit note on your next order — your choice.
