Product specifications, images, and pricing indications on this website are provided for reference and are subject to change without notice. Final specifications, pricing, and lead times are confirmed in writing through a quotation or proforma invoice (“PI”) before any order is placed.

4. Quotations & Orders

Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer to sell. A binding agreement is formed only when both parties sign or confirm a proforma invoice or purchase contract covering the specific order.

5. Order Of Precedence

This website is a general reference for evaluating QIHAO as a supplier — specifications, images, and figures may be simplified or become outdated between updates. For any specific order, the proforma invoice, purchase contract, or other written agreement signed by both parties is the controlling document. If anything on this website conflicts with the terms of a signed PI or contract, the signed PI or contract governs.

6. Intellectual Property

The content, layout, and design of this website are the property of QIHAO unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission. Product photography provided to customers for their own marketing use is licensed for that purpose as described in our OEM/ODM terms.
